Privacy, terms and refunds
PintCheck is an independent software tool operated by Mohamed El Hadrami ("we"). It checks invoice data exports against published UAE e-invoicing requirements. These terms apply to the website pintcheck.pages.dev, the PintCheck tool and the report packs sold through Whop.
Privacy
Invoice files
Files you open in PintCheck are read and checked inside your own browser. They are not uploaded to our servers, not stored by us and not used to train any model. Closing or reloading the page removes them from memory. Reports and correction files are generated on your device and saved only where you choose.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Whop. We receive the information Whop shares with sellers, such as your name, email address and the product purchased, and use it only to give you access, provide support and keep accounting records. We do not receive your card details.
Emails
If you write to us, we keep the conversation to answer you and to improve the product. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Hosting and fonts
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from cdnjs. These providers may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the files.

Terms of use
What PintCheck is
PintCheck is a data-quality readiness check. It is not an Accredited Service Provider, does not send or report e-invoices, and is not affiliated with the UAE Ministry of Finance or the Federal Tax Authority.
No tax or legal advice
Reports describe how the data provided compares with the rules configured at the stated rule version. They are not a certificate of compliance, an audit opinion, or tax or legal advice. Official validation is performed by the client's Accredited Service Provider and the authorities. You remain responsible for decisions made with the reports.
Report packs
A pack gives one firm the right to generate the stated number of client reports (or unlimited reports for the Season pack) until 31 July 2027. Packs are for use by the purchasing firm and its staff and may not be resold.
Rule updates
We update the rules when the Ministry of Finance or the PINT AE specification changes. Each report shows the rule version used.
Liability
The tool is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pack concerned.
Refunds
If PintCheck cannot read your client's export and we cannot resolve it with you, we refund the pack in full. Request a refund by email within 14 days of purchase, with the order reference from Whop. Refunds are issued through Whop to the original payment method.
After 14 days, or once reports have been generated and delivered to clients, packs are not refundable except where required by law.
